Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt bei einem sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und ermöglichte es uns, früher als erwartet darin zu investieren. Es ist ziemlich komfortabel, etwas abgelegen, aber gut mit dem Bus erreichbar ermöglicht es Ihnen, schnell in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Der direkt gegenüber gelegene Strand sowie der kleine Supermarkt direkt im Erdgeschoss bieten unbestreitbaren Komfort. Das Parken an der Straße ist nicht schwierig, obwohl es kostenlos ist. Unser Aufenthalt war daher sehr angenehm, wir empfehlen es wärmstens ,

Tolle Lage, guter Komfort. Wir haben unseren Ausflug nach Split zum Apartment Blue Lagoon sehr genossen. Dort war alles perfekt, guter Komfort und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist direkt neben dem Strand, im selben Gebäude gibt es außerdem einen Supermarkt. Wir sind mit Bolt in die Altstadt gefahren. Die Fahrt dauert 10 Minuten und kostet genauso viel wie der Bus oder 40 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem kann man dort ein Fahrrad mieten und an der Promenade entlangfahren. Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal!

So comfortable, clean and spacious, Perfect location, We have repeated accomodationWe already knew this apartment since my parents were hosted there in 2018, I really liked it, because it is really clean, it has a lot of space in the living room, and the location is perfect to go to Žnjan beach (I mean, it is basically in front of the beach, you just need to jump into the water), If you walk to the center, it might be 25 minutes walking, so when the weather is good, it is a nice walk,\r\nThe check-in was perfect, our host received us when we were arriving, Communication with her was really easy,\r\nThe apartment is really clean, it has a lot of space in living room, and that big couch is surprisingly clean, The terrace is amazing for meals relaxed there, and even though it has views to the street, that street is not a main avenue, so cars are passing in a mesmerizing way, The important thing is to have an exterior place to have breakfast or dinner in a comfy and spacious place (terrace is really spacious),\r\nBathroom is perfect and clean, modern and with all the facilities, Only it is needed to bring or buy your own shampoo, since they left some shower gel commodities which might be short after few days, Nevertheless, there are numerous towels and a laundry machine (brand new nowadays),\r\nBedroom is spacious also and bed is so comfy, It has 4 drawers surrounding the head of the bed, so there is plenty space to store the clothes,\r\nKitchen is in open space with living room, It counts with a lot of accessories, although maybe I',m missing a toaster for bread in the morning (which is not typical in Croatia as I have experienced), But it has microwave and a big fridge with freezer, together also with a big kitchen of 4 slots,\r\nWe are really happy of having booked this apartment since we have also worked from there and the living room table and chairs are really comfortable,

Sie hat mir sehr gut gefallen, weil sie sehr sauber ist, viel Platz im Wohnzimmer bietet und die Lage perfekt ist, um zum Strand von Žnjan zu gehen (ich meine, sie liegt praktisch direkt vor dem Strand, Sie müssen nur ins Wasser springen). Wenn Sie ins Zentrum laufen, sind es vielleicht 25 Minuten zu Fuß, also ist es bei gutem Wetter ein schöner Spaziergang. Der Check-in war perfekt, unsere Gastgeberin empfing uns bei unserer Ankunft. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es gibt viel Platz im Wohnzimmer und das große Sofa ist überraschend sauber. Die Terrasse ist fantastisch für entspannte Mahlzeiten dort und obwohl man von dort aus auf die Straße blickt, ist diese Straße keine Hauptstraße, sodass die Autos auf faszinierende Weise vorbeifahren. Das Wichtigste ist, einen Außenbereich zu haben, wo man an einem bequemen und geräumigen Ort frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann (Terrasse). ist wirklich geräumig),\r\nDas Badezimmer ist perfekt und sauber, modern und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Man muss nur sein eigenes Shampoo mitbringen oder kaufen, da einige Duschgels zurückgelassen wurden, die nach ein paar Tagen aufgebraucht sein könnten. Trotzdem gibt es zahlreiche Handtücher und eine Waschmaschine (heutzutage brandneu).\r\nDas Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls geräumig und das Bett ist so bequem. Es hat 4 Schubladen rund um das Kopfende des Bettes, sodass viel Platz zum Aufbewahren der Kleidung vorhanden ist.\r\nDie Küche ist offen zum Wohnzimmer. Sie verfügt über viele Accessoires, obwohl mir vielleicht ein Toaster für Brot am Morgen fehlt (was in Kroatien, wie ich erfahren habe, nicht typisch ist). Aber es gibt eine Mikrowelle und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie eine große Küche mit 4 Fächern.\r\nWir sind wirklich froh, dieses Apartment gebucht zu haben, da wir auch von dort aus gearbeitet haben und der Wohnzimmertisch und die Stühle wirklich bequem sind.

Das Apartment ist sauber und mit allen genannten Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist wirklich schön und hat alles, was wir brauchten. Das Beste von allem ist, dass der Strand von Znjan nur wenige Meter vom Apartment entfernt ist und dieser Strand ist sehr schön. Man kann jederzeit ins Wasser gehen :). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.
