Er ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ich empfand das Personal als kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist sauber und gut gepflegt – das gilt für Küche, Wohnbereich, Badezimmer usw. Es wäre toll, wenn sie Verdunkelungsvorhänge für die Zeiten bereitstellen könnten, in denen die Sonne spät am Tag noch scheint, das könnte die Schlafqualität verbessern. Es ist jedoch kein großes Problem, wenn Sie eine Augenmaske haben. Das Zimmer kann ziemlich warm werden (es ist Sommer in Frankreich/Europa), aber sie stellen einen elektrischen Ventilator zur Verfügung. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden und werde definitiv wieder buchen!

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in einem Pariser AirBNB war an diesem Ort, nachdem wir einige Zeit im Quartier Latin verbracht hatten. Dieser Ort ist fantastisch, es ist viel ruhiger, weniger hektisch und es gibt reichlich Essensmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien und Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Die U-Bahn-Station ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, so dass alles andere leicht erreichbar ist. Besonders gut gefiel uns der separate Küchenbereich und die separate Toilette. Alles funktionierte wie versprochen.

Located in a very good place, nearby there are shops, cafes, metro, Eiffel Tower and many attractions within walking distance, 10-15 minutes walk and you are there! There were no problems with check-in and check-out, everything is very convenient, I am delighted, I was very comfortable, it felt like I was at home :) I was happy to stay here and will be happy to come back again! Merci beaucoup à Joffrey pour notre séjour, Le logement était propre et fonctionnel, L'hôte est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions très rapidement, Il est également bien situé avec une sortie de métro à 4 minutes à pied ! Les explications sur le logement sont claires et précises, L'accès à l'appartement se fait de manière autonome et c'est très facile, il suffit de suivre les indications envoyées par l'hôte, L'immeuble est calme et l'appartement est très lumineux, Il dispose de 2 lits ce qui est pratique, Il y a une excellente boulangerie pâtisserie à proximité (Le Moulin de la Croix Nivert) !
