Obwohl die Wohnung in bester Lage liegt, ist sie etwas enttäuschend groß und wirkt kleiner als auf den Bildern. Außerdem ist die Feuchtigkeit ein großes Problem, sodass sich alles feucht anfühlt. Das hat sogar das Trocknen unserer Handtücher beeinträchtigt und unsere Bettwäsche fühlte sich „feucht“ an. Aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit sind an den Wänden deutliche Anzeichen für einen notwendigen Wartungsbedarf zu erkennen. Insgesamt ist sie jedoch recht gut.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern und die Küche funktionell. In der Nähe der U-Bahn , der Eiffelturm und der Montparnasse-Turm sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt und ich empfehle die Pizzeria „Nono“ direkt gegenüber, deren „4 Käse“ ein Genuss sind! Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthaltes unterstützt gefühlt, was von unschätzbarem Wert ist.

Es war auch den ganzen Tag über recht laut, da sie im Erdgeschoss liegt und die Leute immer in der Lobby sind bzw. die Gebäudetür schließen, was uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Alles in allem war es äußerst sauber und ich würde einen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen!
