Sie ist sehr geräumig und morgens sonnig. Große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und in der Ferne auf das Meer. Großartig für Frühstück und spätes Abendessen. Geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer in einem mit Klimaanlage. Zwei große Schlafzimmer und ein kleines für eine Person, mit Badezimmer und zweiter Toilette, reichen auch für größere Gruppen. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es Ventilatoren. Alles war sauber und der Eigentümer stellte uns viele Handtücher und Toilettenartikel zur Verfügung. Der Eigentümer (Frau Jelena) stellte uns Kaffee, kaltes Wasser und einige Säfte zur Verfügung und war die ganze Zeit verfügbar.

Highly recommend!Wonderful location in a darling apartment, We stayed six nights, 7 minute walk down to Pile Gate, Lena was the absolute best host, Due to a ferry rebooking, we wound up coming 8 hours earlier and the poor thing was frantically cleaning when we arrived, Right on arrival, we got Jelena',s personal info and after that communication was excellent, Jelena would respond within minutes, She helped us with the dishwasher we could not start, and gave us an extra set of keys, and kept our bags after check out, Lena also brought homemade goodies by one afternoon, Relaxing large balcony overlooking the sea, I highly recommend this apartment and its host,

Aufgrund einer Umbuchung der Fähre kamen wir 8 Stunden früher an und das arme Ding war bei unserer Ankunft wie wild am Putzen. Gleich bei der Ankunft bekamen wir Jelenas persönliche Informationen und danach war die Kommunikation ausgezeichnet. Jelena antwortete innerhalb von Minuten. Sie half uns mit der Spülmaschine, die wir nicht starten konnten, gab uns einen zusätzlichen Schlüsselsatz und bewahrte unsere Taschen nach dem Auschecken auf. Lena brachte eines Nachmittags auch hausgemachte Leckereien mit. Entspannender großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Ich kann dieses Apartment und seine Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren für zwei Tage in Dubrovnik und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment Lena, Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Dubrovnik zu erkunden, Ganz in der NäheUnser Gastgeber war absolut reizend, wir wurden beim Einchecken begrüßt und herumgeführt, Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Balkon war schön mit einer schönen Aussicht, Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und sagte uns Orte, die man in der Umgebung von Dubrovnik besuchen sollte, Die Lage war perfekt, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt, Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Grundstück war hilfreich, da das Parken in der Altstadt schwierig ist,

Clean, comfortable stay,The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped, It had everything you need for a comfortable stay, in the kitchen you had a oven, grill and hob, Kettle, toaster and coffee machine, there was plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and mugs, glasses and plates, There was a dishwasher, There is one separate toilet and a bathroom with half bath and shower head, toilet, bidet and a washing machine, The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, Living area consisted of settee, dining table with 4 chairs and a good size TV, There is a lovely balcony which is hardly overlooked and you have a view of the sea in the distance, There was plenty of towels and things like toilet rolls are provided, Again the hallway has plenty of storage for shoes, coats etc,,,, The location was about a 15 min walk either along a slightly hilly road or 214 steps to the main centre filled with bakeries, supermarkets, tourist information etc,,, but ok if you take your time, They was a little supermarket and bakery about 5 minutes walk away, Amazing views along the walks,

Sauberer, komfortabler Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war schön und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hatte alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Küche gab es einen Ofen, einen Grill und einen Herd, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Es gab viele Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck und Tassen, Gläser und Teller. Es gab eine Spülmaschine. Es gibt eine separate Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit einer halben Badewanne und einem Duschkopf, einer Toilette, einem Bidet und einer Waschmaschine. Die Schlafzimmer hatten eine gute Größe mit bequemen Betten und viel Stauraum. Der Wohnbereich bestand aus einem Sofa, einem Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und einem großen Fernseher. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon, der kaum einsehbar ist und von dem aus man einen Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne hat. Es gab viele Handtücher und Dinge wie Toilettenpapier. Auch hier bietet der Flur viel Stauraum für Schuhe, Mäntel usw. Die Lage war etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entweder entlang einer leicht hügeligen Straße oder 214 Stufen zum Hauptzentrum mit Bäckereien, Supermärkten, Touristeninformationen usw. entfernt, aber ok, wenn man sich Zeit lässt. Es gab einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei in der Nähe. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Herrliche Aussichten entlang der Spaziergänge,

Lena appartment was a excellent choice for our family stay in Dubrovnik, Easy to find when arriving, with a parking place just in front of the appartment and not even a stair to climb with al, the luggage! Very large apartment, excellent localtion, very convenient, Jelena is very careful, We would highly recommand this place,

Really enjoyed this apartment, it was bigger than expected and in a great location with a small play park 1 min away, It was easy to get to and from the old part of the city, Perfect for families with young kids, Would definitely book again,
