Apartment Floramye - Three Bedroom Apartment with Balcony

We love this brand new apartment, it was close to the port, old town, beach, supermarket and everything you need to haveAmazing brand new apartment and building! We were greeted by Milan and he shows us everything, The building is located within 10 minutes walk from the port, where all major ferries arrive, In front of the building, there is the bus stop (number 6) and it takes you to the old town and itâs only like a 5 minutes ride, Also, you can walk (20 minute) or by bus (5 minute) to Lapad beach where you can rent beach chairs with umbrellas, There are also restaurants, bathroom, water activities making it very convenient, The unit is well equipped with new furniture and appliances, We really love how comfortable it was and easy to get around, There is also a big supermarket across the street and delicious bakery next to the building, Thank you to Milan and Stela for your attention and hospitality!

Wir lieben dieses brandneue Apartment. Es war in der Nähe des Hafens, der Altstadt, des Strandes, eines Supermarkts und allem, was man braucht. Fantastisches brandneues Apartment und Gebäude! Wir wurden von Milan begrüßt und er hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Gebäude liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt, wo alle wichtigen Fähren ankommen. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle (Nummer 6), mit der man in die Altstadt kommt und die Fahrt dauert nur etwa 5 Minuten. Außerdem kann man zu Fuß (20 Minuten) oder mit dem Bus (5 Minuten) zum Strand von Lapad gehen, wo man Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen mieten kann. Es gibt auch Restaurants, Badezimmer und Wassersportaktivitäten, was es sehr praktisch macht. Die Einheit ist gut mit neuen Möbeln und Geräten ausgestattet. Wir lieben wirklich, wie komfortabel es war und wie einfach es war, sich fortzubewegen. Es gibt auch einen großen Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und eine köstliche Bäckerei neben dem Gebäude. Vielen Dank an Milan und Stela für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft!

Einfach und unkompliziert, schön und sauber. Der ganze Ort war fantastisch. Schönes Apartment, super sauber, die Gastgeber waren so nett und auch großartig zu uns :) Ich würde ohne Zweifel wieder hierher kommen, wenn ich wieder in Kroatien wäre.
