The location of this property is very convenient, it is very close to the Dubrovnik old town, We can reach the Ploce Gate of the Dubrovnik old town in 5 min walk, The property provides a garage, which is very valuable since parking near the Dubrovnik old town is very expensive, The space of the garage is big enough for the 9-seat van we rented, The distance between the garage and the house is around 150 meters and there are some stairs, However, the stairs are not steep and therefore it is OK for us,

A classy villa in easy reach of the centre of town, with marvellous views,It was spacious, in an excellent location with a great view, Itâs not modern, but well appointed, clean, and comfortable, Itâs very spacious, with 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs and separate living, dining and kitchen downstairs, Iâd describe it as a whole house rather than a duplex apartment, On a practical level as we had driven to the property, the garage was very useful (and surprisingly large - we could easily fit in our long wheelbase Ford Tourneo Custom van), Be aware that there are quite a few steep steps between the parking and the apartment though, The upstairs terrace/,balcony has fantastic views of the city,

Eine stilvolle Villa mit herrlicher Aussicht und guter Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Sie war geräumig und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit einer großartigen Aussicht. Sie ist nicht modern, aber gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel. Sie ist sehr geräumig und hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und ein separates Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und eine Küche im Erdgeschoss. Ich würde sie eher als ganzes Haus denn als Maisonette-Wohnung beschreiben. Da wir mit dem Auto zur Immobilie gefahren sind, war die Garage sehr praktisch (und überraschend groß – unser Ford Tourneo Custom Van mit langem Radstand passte problemlos hinein). Beachten Sie jedoch, dass es zwischen dem Parkplatz und der Wohnung einige steile Stufen gibt. Von der Terrasse und dem Balkon im Obergeschoss hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Stadt.

Holiday Home Patricija was the highlight of our visit to Croatia, We could have stayed forever!The location of the house is amazing - way closer to the old town than we expected, and also close to the cable car and other amenities such as groceries and cafes, Breathtaking views from the terrace, HUGE bedrooms and lots of space throughout the house, and we liked the quirky vibe created by the decor and lay-out, Great to have a well-tended garden and pretty outdoor seating area, Also great to have our own parking garage (albeit a short distance away), Well-equipped kitchen,

Das Ferienhaus Patricija war das Highlight unseres Kroatienbesuchs. Wir hätten für immer bleiben können! Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch – viel näher an der Altstadt als wir erwartet hatten und auch in der Nähe der Seilbahn und anderer Annehmlichkeiten wie Lebensmittelgeschäften und Cafés. Atemberaubende Aussicht von der Terrasse, RIESIGE Schlafzimmer und viel Platz im ganzen Haus, und uns gefiel die eigentümliche Atmosphäre, die durch die Einrichtung und Aufteilung entstand. Toll, einen gepflegten Garten und einen hübschen Sitzbereich im Freien zu haben. Auch toll, eine eigene Parkgarage zu haben (wenn auch in kurzer Entfernung). Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Only 125 steps up from the old city we had a great stay in this spacious house with a groupmof friends,The entire house was at our disposal, We enjoyed the terrace with the view on sea and harbour of Dubrovnik, very pleasant for breakfast and afternoon-drink, We slept very well in the good beds, Enough linnen and towels was provided, Also the kitchen was very well equipped, If we ever go to Dubrovnik again we would prefer to stay in this house, Also very satisfied about the host-organisation,

This is very nice house with balcony with great view to old town and the sea, It is very good location, very close to old town, just some 40 stairs up from Ploce gate, which is much less than usually apartments in Dubrovnik, Lot of space in the house, nice terrace, Really suggested and worth on money to stay in such a nice place with great view and so close to old town,

Beautiful villa with a great view the location was perfect, Would not be good for people who have problems with climbing up steps, Around 30 of them , We were there for 3 nights and had a lovely time,

perfect location, you can reach all in view minutes!
