This is the second time we stayed here. It’s a lovely area, nice and quiet. The house is clean and cosy with everything you may need - fully kitted out kitchen etc. The home owner Tracey is really lovely to chat to, easy to contact etc. Will be looking to stay again! Thank you.

Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass wir hier übernachtet haben. Es ist eine schöne Gegend, schön und ruhig. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen – eine voll ausgestattete Küche usw. Mit der Hausbesitzerin Tracey kann man sich sehr gut unterhalten, man kann leicht Kontakt aufnehmen usw. Ich werde gerne wieder hier übernachten! Danke schön.

Semesterhuset var välutrustat med allt vi behövde för en bekväm vistelse, Köket hade alla nödvändiga apparater, vilket gjorde matlagningen till en barnlek, Det var också trevligt att ha en ren pool att koppla av i, Vi uppskattade närheten till Ciudad Quesada och Elche, vilket gjorde för trevliga dagsutflykter, Sammanfattningsvis en trevlig och praktisk upplevelse

Huis is prima. Rustige ligging. We hebben het keurig naar onze zin. Minpunt is dat het dakterras blijkbaar verhuurd is aan de lokale vogels.

Das Haus ist in Ordnung. Ruhige Lage. Wir haben viel Spass. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Dachterrasse offenbar an die einheimischen Vögel vermietet wird.

Zeer schoon en net onderhouden huis en tuin, heel rustig gelegen. Zeer dichtbij winkels en restaurants en cafés.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus und Garten, sehr ruhige Lage. Ganz in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Een fantastisch huisje waar we in zaten. Super schoon en netjes, elke kamer beschikte over een airco wauw! De tuin was ook heerlijk om in te zitten, het terrasje maakten het zo gezellig. Buiten het huisje super vriendelijke eigenaar en verder genoeg dingen te doen in de omgeving. Erg kindvriendelijk ook.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Ein fantastisches Haus, in dem wir waren. Super sauber und ordentlich, jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage wow! Der Garten war auch schön zum Sitzen, die Terrasse machte es so gemütlich. Außerhalb der Hütte super freundlicher Besitzer und viel zu tun in der Umgebung. Auch sehr kinderfreundlich.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Belvilla par OYO Casa Crispin ! La maison était spacieuse et magnifiquement décorée, ce qui en faisait le refuge parfait pour notre famille, Nous avons adoré passer des soirées dans le jardin, à griller de délicieux repas, La piscine partagée a également beaucoup plu aux enfants ! Explorer des villes voisines comme Torrevieja a ajouté une touche merveilleuse à nos vacances, Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour les familles !

The house was immaculate, the kitchen and bathroom were freshly renovated and well-equipped, The memory foam beds were extremely comfortable, The wifi connection was very fast, There was English television, cozy sofas, and ample outdoor seating, Tracy was fantastic from start to finish, greeted us at the property with the keys, was accessible whenever we required assistance, and was wonderful on our final day when our flight got postponed, She even set up Christmas decorations! We will certainly return to this villa again in the future

Lo crispin is een soort van klein villa park. Er zitten voornamelijk Engelse mensen. Bij dit huis zit een gezamenlijk zwembad op ongeveer 3 minuten lopen. Het is een mooie omgeving. Torrevieja is een aanrader. Mensen bij het zwembad waren zeer vriendelijk! Het huis is enorm schoon en precies zoals op de foto’s. Op zo’n vijf minuten afstand zit de Lidl. Je bent wel afhankelijk van een auto, er is niets Inc de buurt wat aan te lopen is. Aankomst was rommelig. Het was geen probleem dat we pas rond 2000 uur aankwamen, dus de verhuurder stond al op ons te wachten. Wij hadden van tevoren alle extra kosten al betaald en volgens de verhuurder moesten wij nog kosten betalen. Uiteindelijk hebben we het niet betaald en de volgende dag Belvilla gebeld en toen is het opgelost. Het was wel even jammer dat na een reis met twee kleine kinderen je dan een discussie moet gaan voeren over al betaalde kosten.

Lo Crispin ist eine Art kleiner Villenpark. Es gibt hauptsächlich Engländer. An diesem Haus befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftspool ca. 3 Gehminuten. Es ist eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Torrevieja ist ein Muss. Leute am Pool waren sehr freundlich! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Lidl ist etwa fünf Minuten entfernt. Du bist auf ein Auto angewiesen, da ist nichts in der Nachbarschaft zu laufen. Die Ankunft war unordentlich. Es war kein Problem, dass wir erst um 2000 ankamen, also wartete der Vermieter schon auf uns. Wir hatten bereits alle Nebenkosten im Voraus bezahlt und laut Vermieter mussten wir noch Kosten bezahlen. Letztendlich haben wir es nicht bezahlt und haben am nächsten Tag Belvilla angerufen und dann wurde es gelöst. Es war schade, dass Sie nach einer Reise mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine Diskussion über bereits bezahlte Kosten beginnen sollten.

I enjoyed my stay immensely and the surroundings are beautiful, This is my second time here, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit, The villa is spotless and cozy, ideal for families and relaxing under the sun, The nearby tavern is charming, Tracy greeted us with the keys and was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond, It's a peaceful area, perfect for a family getaway

We had an amazing time at this villa during our Christmas holiday, It was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, Lo Crispin is perfectly situated for beach outings and visits to nearby towns, with conveniences just a quick drive away, Tracey was incredibly helpful when our flight got delayed, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and sunshine!
