The accommodation was fine, but your arrival procedure sucks! The tourist office had closed at 19:00 instead of 20:00. It was difficult to contact and find the appartment, because you hadn’t given us the address details. It turns out that the only reason you wanted us to go there, is to pay taxes. That’s a lousy reason to mess up the arrival like this! It doesn’t add any value to the customer experience. I strongly advice you to find a less annoying solution, or maybe even a “nice welcome”.
