Schönes und authentisches Cottage

We had a great stay here, the cottage was perfect for our family and the gardens was also great with plenty of space to relax and play in. Annie was a great host and she gave us some lovely fresh food from the garden. Our boys also made friends with Diego and had a great time playing with him during our stay. Plenty to explore in the surrounding area without having to travel too far as well so all in all a great holiday destination for us!

If it were possible to add an even higher score, we absolutely would! What an incredible experience! This property is a family run affair and their hospitality is beyond amazing! We were welcomed by the family like we were old friend and made to feel incredibly welcome. The property is very spacious with 4 large bedrooms and all the facilities you'd need. It's spotlessly clean and well maintained and is very typical of the region and of the period (1850's). The owners proudly display beautiful, original artwork by their family member, showing seasonal views of local landscapes, adding to the warmth and charm of the home. As the week went on, we were made to feel like part of the family. The hosts live in the adjoining house and make sure to check everything is ok, without being even slightly intrusive. The garden is enormous, with all the facilities you'd need to relax; loungers, patio sets, barbecue etc etc etc. It's very well maintained, but offers the privacy you'd want. Overall, the house itself is an incredible holiday rental, but the hosts make it even better. Kind, friendly and very caring. Such amazing people and I truly hope we get to meet them again in the future. Merci a la famille Grandhenry 🥰
